We ask the Guest to let the Owner know about any damage or situations that might affect the regular use of the Property or any furnishings provided. When the Stay ends, we hope the Guest will leave the Property in excellent condition, just like when you first arrived. Please remember that while your personal belongings are important to you, they aren't covered by the Owner's insurance for loss or damage, so it's good to keep that in mind. We've also compiled some friendly rules and regulations for the Community and the Premises ("Rules and Regulations"), which you can find in the listing or the guidebook (which you will receive upon reserving your stay).
