Please note that the outdoor area may be shared with guests staying in Mamma Mary’s Beach Retreat, the separate rear cottage located on the property. ***Important*** Your Beach House reservation includes the entire first and second floors of the main house. Mamma Mary’s Beach Retreat, the separate rear cottage, is NOT included in your reservation and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Beach Retreat has its own private entrance. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve. -No pets.

We ask the Guest to let the Owner know about any damage or situations that might affect the regular use of the Property or any furnishings provided. Upon arrival, if you notice broken furniture or an untidy space, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we want to help promptly! When the Stay ends, we hope the Guest will leave the Property in excellent condition, just like when you first arrived. Please remember that while your personal belongings are important to you, they aren't covered by the Owner's insurance for loss or damage, so it's good to keep that in mind. We've also compiled some friendly rules and regulations for the Community and the Premises ("Rules and Regulations"), which you can find in the listing or the guidebook (which you will receive upon reserving your stay). We’re here to ensure everyone enjoys their Stay, and following the rules helps keep Mamma Mary's a great place to spend their vacation.
