It’s a cozy, separate space that’s perfect for couples or small groups looking for their own place to relax while enjoying everything North Wildwood has to offer. ***Sleeping Arrangements: * Bedroom: Queen-size bed * Living area: Sleeping accommodation for an additional guest ***Inside Beach Retreat: * Full kitchen * Keurig coffee maker * Smart TV * Free Wi-Fi * Air conditioning * Linens and bath towels included ***Parking: Beach Retreat does not include a designated driveway parking space. Free street parking is available in the surrounding area. ***Outdoor Space: Guests have access to the shared backyard and patio area, which includes an outdoor dining area, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Please note that the property contains separate rental accommodations with private entrances, so the backyard and outdoor amenities may be shared with guests staying in the other accommodations on the property. ***Other Things to Know: Beach Retreat is the private rear cottage only. Guests do not have access to the first-floor Beach Breeze unit or the second-floor Beach Haven unit unless those accommodations are separately reserved. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve. -No pets.

We ask the Guest to let the Owner know about any damage or situations that might affect the regular use of the Property or any furnishings provided. Upon arrival, if you notice broken furniture or an untidy space, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we want to help promptly! When the Stay ends, we hope the Guest will leave the Property in excellent condition, just like when you first arrived. Please remember that while your personal belongings are important to you, they aren't covered by the Owner's insurance for loss or damage, so it's good to keep that in mind. We've also compiled some friendly rules and regulations for the Community and the Premises ("Rules and Regulations"), which you can find in the listing or the guidebook (which you will receive upon reserving your stay). We’re here to ensure everyone enjoys their Stay, and following the rules helps keep Mamma Mary's a great place to spend their vacation.
